WELCOME TO THE WEOBLEY BREWING CO.
Our beers are widely distributed throughout Herefordshire, as well as in Jules Restaurant and they are finding homes on tap in several well known local pubs.
Our range has grown over the years from bitter, mocha stouts & IPA’s there is also a growing range of cask only beers such as Irish red, session IPA’s & golden ales
MEET OUR BREW MASTER
Tom’s interest in brewing has always run alongside his career as a chef.
Here at Jules many of our customers enjoy a good pint with their meal & for years craft beers have always held a prominent place on our drinks menu.
So an obvious next step for us has been to build and run a microbrewery in our own backyard. Though we did not realise it at the time we have been reviving a centuries old tradition of brewing in Weobley, which together with glove making & the wool industry helped Weobley prosper for centuries.
The beer
We now have 4 core beers! But, keep an eye out because we are always introducing new occasional beers!!
MR MAGPIES BITTER
BEST BITTER 4.8 %
This traditional brewed bitter with a modern edge is loaded with flavours of caramel & biscuit with a smooth citrusy hop finish.
Why not try it in welsh rarebit or enjoyed with a roasted pork loin.

BLACK & WHITE MOCHA STOUT
MOCHA STOUT 5.8%
With a distinctive roasted coffee aroma, vanilla & chocolate flavours, this mocha stout has a smooth velvety finish.
Perfect with a warm gooey chocolate brownie.

MILK STOUT 5.8%
This smooth & rich tasting milk stout with hints of roasted coffee & silky sweet finish could be best enjoyed in front of a log fire.
Perfect in a beef & ale pie or enjoyed with a slow roast rib of beef.

GOLD FINGER
GOLDEN ALE 4.2%
This traditional golden ale, made solely with British hops, is perfectly balanced with a smooth malty flavour.
Ideal accompaniment with a warm treacle tart.
